Foods To Limit And Avoid

Foods to Be Limited:

Candy, Cakes, Pies, Pastries, Jellies, Jams, Cookies, Pop

Foods to Be Avoided:

Hard and Sticky: Taffy caramel, butterscotch, gum, general sticky foods (candies), popcorn, nuts, crackerjacks, ice, hard candy

Foods That Must be Bite Sized:

Corn on the cob, apples, carrots, sandwiches

Habits to Avoid:

Nail biting, chewing on pencils, pens, markers ,picking with fingernails, toothpicks, forks, etc.
